Ours is a family practice—in every sense of the word. We have been serving Las Vegas since our founding in 1968. After the passing of Dr. David Sandquist, the practice transitioned leadership on to Dr David’s son Douglas. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for delivering the kind of thoughtful, individualized care that makes patients feel like a part of the family.

Douglas Sandquist DDS graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 1997 and joined the practice with his father in 1998, which subsequently became Sandquist Dentistry. Like his father, Dr. Doug has considerable experience in restorative and esthetic dentistry, as well as in treating jaw and bite problems.
Jeannie Lee-Mirzayan DDS grew up in Chicago, IL and graduated from dental school in 1997 followed by a General Practice Residency in Long Beach, CA and worked as a general dentist with her husband in downtown Los Angeles. She’s primarily focused on orthodontics/clear aligners and health concepts for her patients.
